Specificity and cross reactivity
ErbB3 This item recognises an extra cellular domain of the ErbB3 protein, a 180kD glycoprotein which is a growth factor receptor with tyrosine kinase activity. ErbB3 is expressed widely in normal human tissues, but is over expressed in some tumours, including those of the breast, stomach, pancreas and colon.; Since it is not possible to test each and every species our knowledge on the corss reactivity of the antibodies is limited. This particular antibody might cross react with speacies outside of the listed ones.
