  Recognizes feline leukemina virus envelope protein p15e and is specific for an epitope towards the N-terminal domain. In Western blotting, under reducing conditions, bands are observed at 20 kDa and 15 kDa representing the intact FeLV p15e and a truncated p15e sheared from the cell surface.; Since it is not possible to test each and every species our knowledge on the corss reactivity of the antibodies is limited. This particular antibody might cross react with speacies outside of the listed ones.

  Store the antibody at +4 degrees Celsius for short term storage.. For long-term storage and to avoid repeated freezing and thawing, add sterile 40-50% glycerol, aliquot and For optimal long term storage, the antibody should be kept at -20 degrees Celsius. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months the antibody should be stored at -20 degrees Celsius.. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
