Species Reactivity: Detects both Pol e and Pol e of Human, Monkey, bovine and Mouse. A mixture of clones 0.N.250 and 0.N.251 will recognize Pol e from D. melanogaster (Pol e only), T. ni insect cells (Pol e only), S. cerevisiae (Pol e and Pol e), X. laevis (Pol e only) and Chicken (Pol e only).; Since it is not possible to test each and every species our knowledge on the corss reactivity of the antibodies is limited. This particular antibody might cross react with speacies outside of the listed ones.
