Species reactivityBovine, Human (Homo sapiens), Mouse (Mus musculus), pig, Rat (Rattus norvegicus), Rabbit (Oryctolagus cuniculus), hamster; Due to limited knowledge and inability for testing each and every species, the reactivity of the antibody may extend to other species which are not listed hereby.
-
Specificity and cross reactivityThe antibody is specific for the ~16kDa synaptobrevin protein in Western blots of rat brain lysate. The antibody has also been demonstrated to work in immunohistochemistry on formalin fixed, vibratome sections, but does not work on paraffin sections.; Since it is not possible to test each and every species our knowledge on the corss reactivity of the antibodies is limited. This particular antibody might cross react with speacies outside of the listed ones.
-
Purification methodIgM Purified (Purified culture supernatant.)
-
Form Appearance100 ul in 10 mM HEPES (pH 7.5), 150 mM NaCl, 100 ug per ml BSA and 50% glycerol. Adequate amount of material to conduct 10-mini Western Blots.
-
ConcentrationN/A
-
Storage and shippingStore the antibody should be stored at -20 degrees Celsius.; stable for at least one year.
-
Tested applicationsWestern Blot (WB), Immunohistochemistry (IHC)
-
DescriptionThis antibody needs to be stored at + 4°C in a fridge short term in a concentrated dilution. Freeze thaw will destroy a percentage in every cycle and should be avoided. Antibody for research use.
