Description
Rat Anti Mouse CD86 Antibody-PerCP-Cyanine5.5 is a mouse monoclonal antibody, specific for [GL-1] clones, this product was conjugated with PerCP-Cyanine5.5 format and reported for use in flow cytometric analysis to react with CD86 immunoglobin in B, T, and dendritic cells, also found in astrocytes and macrophages, CD86 acts as a switcher of Ig class, also plays a role in Nk cells cytoxicity and costimulation of T cells.

This antibody needs to be stored at + 4°C in a fridge short term in a concentrated dilution. Freeze thaw will destroy a percentage in every cycle and should be avoided. This is against a protein of mus musculus directed antibody.

Test
Mouse or mice from the Mus musculus species are used for production of mouse monoclonal antibodies or mabs and as research model for humans in your lab. Mouse are mature after 40 days for females and 55 days for males. The female mice are pregnant only 20 days and can give birth to 10 litters of 6-8 mice a year. Transgenic, knock-out, congenic and inbread strains are known for C57BL/6, A/J, BALB/c, SCID while the CD-1 is outbred as strain.

PerCP is not suited for the high-powered lasing (>150mW) applications, such as on a MoFlo, due to it photobleaching (features/ qualities/ traits). PerCP conjugates can only be received/be gotten from the Becton Dickinson/Pharmingen group of companies or from Immunostep.
