Description

Methyltriphenylphosphonium bromide is a white to off-white hygroscopic crystals or powder or granules or solid. Used widely for methylenation via the Wittig reaction. Also in the synthesis of an enyne and 9-isopropenyl -phenanthrene by using sodium amide as reagent.
