Description
Capsule Soyabean Casein Digest Agar (Capsule Tryptone Soya Agar) is a general culture medium, used for the cultivation of large part of microorganisms, employed also for sterility testing of moulds and lower bacteria. For preparation Suspend the capsules in distilled or purified water, heat to boiling for dissolving, sterilize by autoclaving for 15 minutes, mix well then dispense as desired.
