Description
Capsule Mueller Hinton Agar No.2 is a culture medium, designed to be used in testing the susceptibility ofcommon and rapidly growing bacteria by using antimicrobial discs with the method of Bauer - Kirby, for preparation Suspend the capsules in distilled or purified water, heat to boiling for dissolving, sterilize by autoclaving for 15 minutes, mix well then dispense as desired.
