Geobacillus Stearothermophilus Ampoule is a self contained Biological indicator used for validating steam sterilization at 121°C. It is made of an external plastic tube with a perforated cap. It contains inside inoculated spores of Geobacillus stearothermophilus ATCC 7953 in a filter paper strip and an ampoule having adequate culture medium with a pH indicator
