Cultural response

Cultural characteristics observed after an incubation at 35-37°C for 24-72 hours in presence of 10% CO2 with added Brucella selective supplement (FD161) and , Campylobacter Supplement III (Skirrow) (FD008) after an incubation at 35 - 37°C for 24 - 72 hours.
Storage

Store below 30°C in tightly closed container and the prepared medium at 2 - 8°C
