Conditions to avoid

Avoid Heat and light.
Warninig

Avoid dry heat sterilization. Avoid acid, solvents or disinfectant for washing. Avoid direct contact of water with plates while autoclaving.
Recommandation

Recommended to be sterilization by autoclaving not more than 15 minutes at 15lb pressure (121°C). Recommended to use only soap powder or Teepol for washing.
