Description

The detections of the targets with this kit is a type of test that can be performed on any target containing biological samples after clean up of interfering agents. The assay must be performed following the protocol. Fusion proteins or chimeric proteins are proteins created through the joining of two or more genes that originally coded for separate proteins. A GFP gene is often used as tag to a reporter gene. Fusion lentiverctors can be used as viral particles to produce proteins that carry for example a GFP tag. Antigen purification of recombinant fusion tag proteins is a frequent strategy using a Fralg tag. cDNA genes are a locus (or region) of DNA for functional transcript RNA or protein. An ELISA is used to detect the expressed protein in biological fluids, serum, saliva. any of various testing devices or substances as (1) a pointed metal tip for making electrical contact with a circuit element being checked (2) a usually small object that is inserted into something so as to test conditions at a given point (3) a device used to penetrate or send back information especially from outer space or a celestial body (4) a device (as an ultrasound generator) or a substance (as radioactively labeled DNA) used to obtain specific information for diagnostic or experimental purposes
