  Supplied lyophilized (10 ug in 20ul of 10 mM TRIS - HCl, 300 mM NaCl, 2 mM CaCl2,1 mM EDTA, 1 mM b-mercaptoethanol, pH 7.4) . Purified by FPLC and migrates as a single band of protein. Reconstitute with 10 or 20 ul of distilled water.
