BackgroundCD197 / CCR7 (chemokine receptor 7) is a seven membrane-spanning protein serving as a receptor for chemokines CCL19 and CCL21. It is expressed on most naive T cells, some hematopoietic stem cells, mature dendritic cells, NK cells and some memory T cells and B cells subsets. CD197 plays important roles in development of thymocytes, and regulating the recirculation and homing of lymphocytes and dendritic cells to secondary lymphoid organs.

AboutMonoclonals of this antigen are available in different clones. Each murine monoclonal anibody has his own affinity specific for the clone. Mouse monoclonal antibodies are purified protein A or G and can be conjugated to FITC for flow cytometry or FACS and can be of different isotypes.
