The Glucose Assay Set of reagents (Colorimetric) measures total glucose present in food or biological samples. Glucose Oxidase first oxidizes glucose, generating hydrogen peroxide that is detected by a colorimetric probe.

Storage conditions

Upon receipt, store the Glucose Standard, Colorimetric Probe, HRP, and Glucose Oxidase at minus twenty degrees Celsius. The Fluorescence Probe is light sensitive and must be stored accordingly. Avoid multiple freeze/thaw cycles. Store the 10X Assay Buffer at room temperature.
