Mini Column Cellufine Q-500 Chromatography Media, also known as Chisso cefarose nicherei purification aragose column is used with Ion Exchange chromatography (IEX). It is used for initial separation and final polishing of proteins, peptides, and enzymes. The matrix that is used is a Cross-linked cellulose.
