Description
Eukaryotic translation elongation factor 1 alpha 1 (EEF1A1) encodes an isoform of the alpha subunit of the elongation factor-1 complex, which is responsible for the enzymatic delivery of aminoacyl tRNAs to the ribosome. This isoform (alpha 1) is expressed in brain, placenta, lung, liver, kidney, and pancreas, and the other isoform (alpha 2) is expressed in brain, heart and skeletal muscle.

Additional description
The eukaryotic translation elongation factor 1 alpha 1 (EEF1A1) (387-394) [Multiple ] is a α- or alpha protein sometimes glycoprotein present in blood. Aplha, transcription related growth factors and stimulating factors or repressing nuclear factors are complex subunits of proteins involved in cell differentiation. Complex subunit associated factors are involved in hybridoma growth, Eosinohils, eritroid proliferation and derived from promotor binding stimulating subunits on the DNA binding complex. NFKB 105 subunit for example is a polypetide gene enhancer of genes in B cells. Monoclonals are usually produced in mouse as host species and polyclonals in rabbit or goat. Multi species reactivity is achieved by selecting consensus epitopes when blasting the gene for a reactive, innugenic epitope that is the same in the different target species.
