DescriptionROS Brite 700 *Optimized for in Vivo Imaging* is a water soluble that is used to measure oxidative stress in cells. ROS Brite 700 is a new fluorogenic probe to measure oxidative stress in small animals. It is nonfluorescent and produces bright NIR fluorescence upon ROS oxidation. The resulting fluorescence can be measured by in vivo fluorescence imaging.
