• Description
  PhosLite Green is a solid soluble in water. It generates a bright and photostable yellow-green fluorescent precipitate at the site of phosphtase activity. It can be used in immunoblotting, in situ hybridization, and immunohistochemistry, but does not require the addition of nitro blue tetrazolium chloride (NBT).
