hOVA *Optimized for Maximum Immunization Response* is a solid, soluble in water and giving a clear or yellowish solution. It is the ovalbumin (OVA) modified with hexamethylenediamine to make the proteins bear more amine groups (thus more positive charges at neutral pH). It is proven to be a superior carrier protein for developing antibodies since hOVA conjugates have stronger imunological responses than the unmodifed OVA cinjugates.
