  Recognizes the intact platelet gpIIb/IIIa complex, it does not bind to dissociated gpIIb or gpIIIa only to gpIIb in the intact complex. This is found on platelets, megakaryocytes and monocytes. Acute megakaryoblastic leukemia cells are positive for the gpIIb/IIIa antigen whereas common myeloid leukemias are negative.; Since it is not possible to test each and every species our knowledge on the corss reactivity of the antibodies is limited. This particular antibody might cross react with speacies outside of the listed ones.
