Description
HydraGreen Safe DNA Dye, 1ml (sufficient for 400x50ml or 200x100ml agarose gels) is a non-carcinogenic and non-toxic alternative to Ethidium bromide used for the detection of nucleic acids in agarose gels. It is used by adding to agarose gel during castingor staining or staining buffer after gel running, applicable in high accuracy cloning and sequencing.
