Specificity and cross reactivityCD106, VCAM-1 Murine vascular adhesion molecule (VCAM-1), single chain glycoprotein of Mr100kDa (under reducing conditions). VCAM-1 is present on the +/+ 2.4 stromal cell clone, large cells in bone marrow, and a subset of thymic macrophages. The stroma; Since it is not possible to test each and every species our knowledge on the corss reactivity of the antibodies is limited.
