Specificity and cross reactivity
CD150 This item recognises murine CD150, also known as signalling lymphocyte activation molecule (SLAM). Murine CD150 is a 75kDa cell surface glycoprotein that is expressed on T-cells and B-cells, and has been shown to be upregulated on activated T-cells and stimulated macrophages. Reports suggest that the extracellular domain of CD150 is the receptor for the measles virus and acts as a co-activator on T-cells and B-cells. Clone 9D1 is reported to have functional activity; Since it is not possible to test each and every species our knowledge on the corss reactivity of the antibodies is limited. This particular antibody might cross react with speacies outside of the listed ones.

Description
This antibody needs to be stored at + 4°C in a fridge short term in a concentrated dilution. Freeze thaw will destroy a percentage in every cycle and should be avoided. This is against a protein of mus musculus directed antibody.

Test
