Reconstitution InstructionsCentrifuge the vial prior to opening. It is recommended that sterile PBS + 50ug sterile BSA per ug of FGF-10 be added to the vial to prepare a working stock solution of no less than 100 ug/mL of FGF-10.
-
Background InformationFibroblast Growth Factor-10 (also called KGF-2) is a heparin binding growth factor that stimulates the proliferation and activation of cells that express FGF receptors. FGF-10 is mostly related to FGF-7/KGF and is expressed during development and preferentially in adult lungs. The human FGF-10 is a 19.3 kDa protein containing 170 amino acid residues.
-
HandlingCentrifuge the vial prior to opening.
-
UsageFor Research Use Only! Not to be used in humans
-
PropertiesHuman proteins, cDNA and human recombinants are used in human reactive ELISA kits and to produce anti-human mono and polyclonal antibodies. Modern humans (Homo sapiens, primarily ssp. Homo sapiens sapiens). Depending on the epitopes used human ELISA kits can be cross reactive to many other species. Mainly analyzed are human serum, plasma, urine, saliva, human cell culture supernatants and biological samples.
