Specificity and cross reactivity
Recognizes mouse integrin alpha V beta 6. Blocks activity against mouse and human alpha V beta 6. Does not recognize alpha V or other alpha V integrins. Species Crossreactivity: human and rat. Because the antibody was raised in knockout mice, it is likely to recognize the receptor in other species.; Since it is not possible to test each and every species our knowledge on the corss reactivity of the antibodies is limited. This particular antibody might cross react with speacies outside of the listed ones.
