Background of the antigenLingo-4 is a 593 amino acid single-pass type I membrane protein that contains eleven LRR (leucine-rich) repeats, one Ig-like C2-type (immunoglobulin-like) domain, one LRRCT domain and one LRRNT domain. The gene that encodes Lingo-4 consists of approximately 5,891 bases and maps to human chromosome 1q21.3. Comprising nearly 8% of the human genome, chromosome 1 spans 260 million base pairs, contains over 3,000 genes and houses a large number of disease-associated genes, including those that are involved in familial adenomatous polyposis, Stickler syndrome, Parkinson’s disease, Gaucher disease, schizophrenia and Usher syndrome.

PropertiesFor facs or microscopy Alexa 1 conjugate. Alexa Fluor 633 is a practical alternative to APC as well as Cy5. Bioss Primary Conjugated Antibodies. ALEXA FLUOR made this Alexa Fluor 633 conjugate that can be used in multi-color flow cytometry with instruments equipped with a second red laser or red diode. It is detected in the FL4 detector of the core's upgraded 2-laser FACScans. Like other Alexa Fluor dyes, the Anti-LINGO4 exhibits uncommon photo stability, making it an ideal choice for fluorescent microscopy. If you buy Antibodies supplied by Bioss Primary Conjugated Antibodies. ALEXA FLUOR they should be stored frozen at - 24°C for long term storage and for short term at + 5°C.
