  Red Blood Cell (RBC) Lysis Solution is a buffer used for optimal lysis of RBC with lowest effect on leukocytes, this reagent is reported for use in flow cytometric analysis, it was produced as 10X solution contains containing ammonium chloride, potassium carbonate, and EDTA, we recommand to be dilted to 1X in deionizd water befor use.
