Recognizes human Akt1/PKBa > Akt2/PKBb (30%) > Akt3/PKBg (weak to none) based on Western blot analysis using 100ng recombinant fusion protein for each isoform. ; Since it is not possible to test each and every species our knowledge on the corss reactivity of the antibodies is limited. This particular antibody might cross react with speacies outside of the listed ones.
