  • Reactivity
Human, Rat, Mouse Predicted: Canine, Bovine and Rabbit
  • Specificity
This antibody recognizes alpha and beta type heavy chains of light meromyosin fragments (LMM) of cardiac myosin heavy chains. It also reacts with LMM fragments of cardiac myosin and beta heavy chain of slow human skeletal muscle. The antibody does not crossreact with human myosin light chains.
  • Form
Lyophilized protein G purified in PBS pH7.4 (Full IgG)
  • Storage_stability
Lyophilized antibody can be kept at 4 degree C for up to 3 months and should be kept at-20 degree C for long-term storage. To avoid freeze-thaw cycles, reconstituted antibody should be aliquoted before freezing for short-term storage (-20 degree C) or for long-term storage (-80 degree C). For maximum recovery of product centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
  • Tested_application
ELISA (EIA), Western Blot (WB), Immunofluorescence (IF), Immunohistochemistry (IHC)
  • About
Monoclonals of this antigen are available in different clones. Each murine monoclonal anibody has his own affinity specific for the clone. Mouse monoclonal antibodies are purified protein A or G and can be conjugated to FITC for flow cytometry or FACS and can be of different isotypes.
  • Test
Mouse or mice from the Mus musculus species are used for production of mouse monoclonal antibodies or mabs and as research model for humans in your lab. Mouse are mature after 40 days for females and 55 days for males. The female mice are pregnant only 20 days and can give birth to 10 litters of 6-8 mice a year. Transgenic, knock-out, congenic and inbread strains are known for C57BL/6, A/J, BALB/c, SCID while the CD-1 is outbred as strain.
