Description

T5 Exonuclease is a highly efficient 5´→3´ exonuclease for either ssDNA or dsDNA. It also has ssDNA specific endonuclease activity in the presence of magnesium ions. However, the enzyme does not degrade supercoiled dsDNA (1).
