Background InformationNME3, also known as, a potential suppressor of metastasis, is expressed at a much lower level in highly metastatic cells than in cells with lower metastatic potential. It is important for the synthesis of nucleoside triphosphates and may play a role in apoptosis induction and hematopoiesis. It is preferentially expressed during early stages of myeloid differentiation of highly purified CD34+ cells. Recombinant human NME3 protein, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, was expressed in E.coli and purified by using conventional chromatography.

PropertiesHuman proteins, cDNA and human recombinants are used in human reactive ELISA kits and to produce anti-human mono and polyclonal antibodies. Modern humans (Homo sapiens, primarily ssp. Homo sapiens sapiens). Depending on the epitopes used human ELISA kits can be cross reactive to many other species. Mainly analyzed are human serum, plasma, urine, saliva, human cell culture supernatants and biological samples.
