Host organismMouse (Mus musculus). Hybridization of NS/Ag 4.1 myeloma cells with spleen cells from BALB/c mice. Source: Ascites
-
Species reactivityHuman (Homo sapiens); Due to limited knowledge and inability for testing each and every species, the reactivity of the antibody may extend to other species which are not listed hereby.
-
Specificity and cross reactivityCD9 The molecular weight of the recognized antigen is 24kDa. Recognizes 22-43% of peripheral non-T cells (B cells) (4). Recognizes blood platelets and a few granulocytic cells of normal bone marrow. Recognizes the distal convoluted tubule and the dista; Since it is not possible to test each and every species our knowledge on the corss reactivity of the antibodies is limited. This particular antibody might cross react with speacies outside of the listed ones.
