Specificity and cross reactivity
CD101 This item recognises human CD101. CD101 is a 140kD homodimeric cell surface glycoprotein expressed primarily by monocytes, granulocytes, dendritic cells and activated T lymphocytes. Studies suggest that CD101 plays a major role in the activation of T cells by skin dendritic cells. Clone BB27 has been reported to inhibit allogeneic T-cell responses; Since it is not possible to test each and every species our knowledge on the corss reactivity of the antibodies is limited. This particular antibody might cross react with speacies outside of the listed ones.

Properties
