Properties
Human proteins, cDNA and human recombinants are used in human reactive ELISA kits and to produce anti-human mono and polyclonal antibodies. Modern humans (Homo sapiens, primarily ssp. Homo sapiens sapiens). Depending on the epitopes used human ELISA kits can be cross reactive to many other species. Mainly analyzed are human serum, plasma, urine, saliva, human cell culture supernatants and biological samples.

Toxicologic studies can be done on in vivo on animal models, on liver slices, on hepatocytes or on S fractions. CYP P450 cytochromes subfamilies can be induced by different substances. Measurements of induced cytochrome P450 family 1, 2, 3, 4, 7 subfamily A, B, C member 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 pseudogene can be supplied by ABM Cell culture.
