ReactivityFeline
-
SpecificityRecognizes the feline homolog of human CD8. Specifically recognizes an epitope associated with the alpha/beta complex of the CD8 heterodimer (3). Does not react with human.
-
PurityPurified Purified
-
FormSupplied as a lyophilized powder from PBS, pH 7.4, 1% BSA, 0.09% sodium azide. Labeled with R-Phycoerythrin (PE). Reconstitute with 1ml sterile 40-50% glycerol, ddH2O.
-
Storage_stabilityMay be stored at 4 degree C before opening. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4 degree C as an undiluted liquid. Dilute only prior to immediate use. Stable for at least 12 months at 4 degree C. Freezing R-Phycoerythrin (PE) conjugates will result in a substantial loss of activity. PE conjugates are sensitive to light.

DescriptionThe CD8 alpha, beta (CD8 alpha, CD8a, CD8 alpha Chain, CD8 Antigen alpha Chain, CD8 Antigen alpha Polypeptide (p32), CD8 beta, CD8b, CD8 Antigen beta Polypeptide 1, CD8B1, Leu2 T Lymphocyte Antigen, Leu-2, Leu2, Ly3, LYT3, MAL, MGC119115, OKT8 T Antigen, is a α- or alpha protein sometimes glycoprotein present in blood. Antigens are peptides or recombinant or native dependent on the production method. Cytotoxic T cells cluster differentiators for flow cytometry. This transmembrane glycoprotein is detected by monoclonals and has a lot of clones available with different affinity. For cells, cell lines and tissues in culture till half confluency.
