• Description
  LB Growth Top Agar is reported for use in genetic and molecular biology studies, employed to maintain and cultivate recombinant strains of Escherichia coli. To prepre the media d issolve the powder in d istilled water, heat to boiling if it is necessary, sterilize by autoclaving at 121°C for 15 minutes, then mix well and d ispense as desired.
