Specific for p34cdc2. Does not appear to crossreact with the related p33cdk2 protein. Inhibits the activation of p34cdc2 kinase by cyclin proteins. Species Crossreactivity: Human, rodent, amphibian and chicken.; Since it is not possible to test each and every species our knowledge on the corss reactivity of the antibodies is limited. This particular antibody might cross react with speacies outside of the listed ones.
