  • Description
    ASP-3026 is a potent, and ATP-competitive inhibitor of ALK (Anaplastic Lymphoma Receptor Tyrosine Kinase) with IC₅₀ value of 3.5 nM. It also inhibits ROS (IC₅₀ = 8.9 nM) and ACK (IC₅₀ = 5.8 nM). ASP3026 has been shown to overcome Crizotinib (Cat. No. 1934) resistance in non-small cell lung cancer.
