Description

Methanol (CH3OH) is a chemical used as antifreeze, solvent, fuel and as a denaturant for ethanol. It is also used for the production of biodiesel by transesterification reaction. It is particularly useful for HPLC, UV / VIS spectroscopy and LCMS because of its low UV cutoff value.
