  Recognizes human HLA-B7 antigen. Does not crossreact with HLA-B27 or other related HLA antigens. Clone 3H2215 can be used to distinguish true HLA-B27 positives from HLA-B27 false positives (ie HLA-B7 positive) in the investigation of such diseases as ankylosing spondylitis and anterior uveitis. Species Crossreactivity: Cynomolgus monkey.

  Lyophilized powder may be stored at 4 degree C. Reconstitute by adding sterile ddH2O. Aliquot and store at 4 degree C. DO NOT FREEZE! Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months. Freezing R-Phycoerythrin (PE) conjugates will result in a substantial loss of activity. PE conjugates are sensitive to light. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
