Specificity and cross reactivity
Recognizes the alpha subunit of rat CaM Kinase II. No signi cant crossreactivity was seen with the Beta, Beta1, gammaB, epsilonA, epsilonB and epsilonC isoforms. The epitope is located in the regulatory domain. Species Crossreactivity: human, mouse and gold sh.; Since it is not possible to test each and every species our knowledge on the corss reactivity of the antibodies is limited. This particular antibody might cross react with speacies outside of the listed ones.
