  • Clonality
    Monoclonal
  • Immunoglobulin isotype
    IgG1k
  • Clone
    10g142
  • Host organism
    Mouse (Mus musculus)
  • Source organism
    Human (Homo sapiens)
  • Species reactivity
Human (Homo sapiens), Monkey, Mouse (Mus musculus), Rat (Rattus norvegicus); Due to limited knowledge and inability for testing each and every species, the reactivity of the antibody may extend to other species which are not listed hereby.
  • Specificity and cross reactivity
Recognizes endogenous levels of total Akt protein. Does not crossreact with other related proteins. Species crossreactivity: Mouser, rat and monkey.; Since it is not possible to test each and every species our knowledge on the corss reactivity of the antibodies is limited. This particular antibody might cross react with speacies outside of the listed ones.
  • Purification method
    Purified
  • Form Appearance
Supplied as a liquid in 136mM sodium chloride, 2.6mM KCl, 12mM sodium phosphate dibasic, pH 7.4, 2mg/ml BSA and 50% glycerol. Labeled with HRP.
  • Concentration
    N/A
  • Storage and shipping
Store the antibody at +4 degrees Celsius for short term storage.. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. For optimal long term storage, the antibody should be kept at -20 degrees Celsius. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. Prior to use, briefly centrifuge the original vial after thawing and before lid. If further dilution(s) are needed, they can be done with the appropriate assay buffer. Labeled with horseradish peroxidase (HRP). Sodium azide is a potent inhibitor of peroxidase and should not be added to HRP conjugates. HRP conjugates are sensitive to light.
  • Tested applications
    Western Blot (WB)
  • Properties
HRP conjugates are often primary rabbit polyclonal antibodies couples to the enzyme horseradish peroxidase (HRP), found in the roots of horseradish. Also monoclonal HRP conjugates are often used for Western Blot.
  • Conjugation
    HRP Conjugated
