Specificity and cross reactivity
CD31 This item recognises porcine CD31, a 140kD cell surface protein also called PECAM-1. CD31 is expressed by various cell types, but particularly by endothelial cells. Clone LCI-4 has been shown to stimulate tyrosine phosphorylation of CD31 on endothelial cells.; Since it is not possible to test each and every species our knowledge on the corss reactivity of the antibodies is limited. This particular antibody might cross react with speacies outside of the listed ones.

Keep the antibody refrigerated at +4 degrees Celsius. Temperature variations in the range between +1C to +7C are tolerable. Test
