Species reactivity
Human (Homo sapiens); Due to limited knowledge and inability for testing each and every species, the reactivity of the antibody may extend to other species which are not listed hereby.
-
Specificity and cross reactivity
Recognizes human Cripto-1. Does not crossreact with recombinant mouse Cripto-1 or recombinant human EGF, TGF-alpha, TGF-beta1, TGF-beta1.2, TGF-beta2, TGF-beta3 or Cryptic.; Since it is not possible to test each and every species our knowledge on the corss reactivity of the antibodies is limited. This particular antibody might cross react with speacies outside of the listed ones.
-
Purification method
Affinity Purified by Protein G affinity chromatography.
-

Storage and shipping
Lyophilized powder may be stored the antibody should be stored at -20 degrees Celsius.. Stable for 12 months the antibody should be stored at -20 degrees Celsius.. Reconstitute with sterile TBS, pH 7.3 (20mM Trizma base, 150mM sodium chloride), 0.1% BSA. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. For optimal long term storage, the antibody should be kept at -20 degrees Celsius. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months the antibody should be stored at -20 degrees Celsius.. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.Â

Tested applications
ELISA (EL/EIA)

Properties
If you buy Antibodies supplied by MBS Monoclonals they should be stored frozen at - 24°C for long term storage and for short term at + 5°C. Biotin conjugates can be detected by horseradish peroxidase, alkaline phosphatase substrates or anti biotin conjugated antibodies. Avidin and Streptavidin bind to the small biotin and are couple to HRP or AP for ELISA. To break the streptavidin Biotin bond we suggest to use a 6 molar guanidine HCl solution with acidity of pH 1.6.

Conjugation
Biotinylated

Description
Aplha, transcription related growth factors and stimulating factors or repressing nuclear factors are complex subunits of proteins involved in cell differentiation. Complex subunit associated factors are involved in hybridoma growth, Eosinohils, eritroid proliferation and derived from promotor binding stimulating subunits on the DNA binding complex. NFKB 105 subunit for example is a polypetide gene enhancer of genes in B cells.
