    JAM-C Clone CRAM-18 F26 recognises mouse and human Junctional adhesion molecule C (JAM-C), also known as JAM-3 and, historically, as JAM-2. JAM-C is expressed at junctions between endothelial and epithelial cells, as well as on leukocytes, platelets, vascular smooth muscle cells and fibroblasts, amongst other cell types. It plays a role in tight junctions and inflammatory processes and interacts with JAM-A and JAM-B. Clone CRAM-18 F26 has been reported to inhibit transendothelial migration ; Since it is not possible to test each and every species our knowledge on the corss reactivity of the antibodies is limited. This particular antibody might cross react with speacies outside of the listed ones.

    Store the antibody should be stored at -20 degrees Celsius. only. Storage in frost-free freezers is not recommended. the antibody should be stored undiluted. Repeated freeze - thaw cycles may denature the peptide chains of the antibody and therefore should be maximally avoided.   • Description
    This antibody needs to be stored at + 4°C in a fridge short term in a concentrated dilution. Freeze thaw will destroy a percentage in every cycle and should be avoided. This is against a protein of mus musculus directed antibody. Sodium azide NaN3 is often used to prevent antibody degradation in 0,02% W/V concentrations. MBS Monoclonals supplies azide free antibodies on request. Recently MBS Monoclonals made this ANTI MOUSE JAM-C: Antibody available without azide. It will stick less and is more suitable for ELISA or in vivo studies. However you need to store the @VV@ frozen and ship on dry ice.
