STAT3 This item recognises an epitope within the C-terminal (CT) region of signal transducer and activator of transcription 3 (STAT3), an 80-85 kDa member of the STAT protein family, which plays an important role in cell growth, survival differentiation and transformation, transducing signals from cytokine receptors to the nucleus. STAT3 is phosphorylated in response to cytokines and growth factors including interleukin-5, interleukin-6, epidermal growth factor and leukaemia inhibitory factor. It is expressed in the heart, brain, placenta, lung, liver, skeletal muscle, kidney and pancreas.

In order to retain the quality and the affinity of productone unchanged, please, avoid cycles of freezing and thawing. For antibodies that are in liquid form or reconstituted lyophilized antibodies small amounts could become entrapped on the seal or the walls of the tube. Prior to use briefly centrifuge the vial to gather all the solution on the bottom.

This antibody needs to be stored at + 4°C in a fridge short term in a concentrated dilution. Freeze thaw will destroy a percentage in every cycle and should be avoided.
