Test principle
This EIA kit uses the Sandwich-EIA principle. The micro EIA plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to Mouse γMSH. Standards or samples are added to the micro EIA plate wells and combined with the specific antibody. Then a biotinylated detection antibody specific for Mouse γMSH and Avidin-Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugate are added successively to each micro plate well and incubated. Free components are washed away. The substrate solution is added to each well. Only those wells that contain Mouse γMSH, biotinylated detection antibody and Avidin-HRP conjugate will appear blue in color. The enzyme-substrate reaction is terminated by the addition of stop solution and the color turns yellow. The optical density (OD) is measured spectrophotometrically at a wavelength of 450 nm ± 2 nm. The OD value is proportional to the concentration of Mouse γMSH. You can calculate the concentration of Mouse γMSH in the samples by comparing the OD of the samples to the standard curve.

Description
This ELISA test kit or EIA Enzyme immuno assay is an enzyme linked immuno assay supplied as coated 96 well plates with antigen or antibody and needs to be stored at +4°C. Hormone releasing factors and releasing hormones are signaling molecules produced by glands in multicellular organisms. The glands that secrete Luteinizing hormones LHRG and LH, FSH comprise the endocrine signaling system. The term growth hormone releasing hormone GHRH is sometimes extended to include chemicals produced by cells that affect the same cell (autocrine or intracrine signaling) or nearby cells (paracrine signaling). Human recombinant LHRG and GHRH are produced in E. coli or in yeast cells.
