Fix 640

• Description :

  Fix 640 is far-red mitochondrial stain. For no-wash, live cell labeling, the cell membrane-permeant dye quickly builds up in the mitochondria of living cells. After fixation, permeabilization, and subsequent immunofluorescence staining, the staining is effectively preserved because the dye has a reactive group that can covalently link to proteins inside the mitochondria.
