Adenovirus, Type 6 (PE)

• Storage Conditions:

  Store product at 4 degree C in the dark. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4 degree C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Caution: PE conjugates are sensitive to light. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.

• Specificity:

  Recognizes the hexon group antigen of many Adenovirus serotypes (40, 41, 1-10, 11, 12, 14, 16, 18, 19, 20, 26, 31, 34, 35, 36, 37). Known reactivity with 34 serotypes of Adenovirus including types 40 and 41. Does not react with Influenza A, Influenza B, Parainfluenza 1, 2, and 3, Mycoplasma pneumonia, H. pylori and mammalian cells.
